If they are so unfortunate not to do the shopping themselves they make their wife "poor woman" go through the stress of mentioning the price of all the goods bought and if she spends way over the limit fixed by her spouse she has to explain herself else.... She'll face her husband's fury. Then you see them complaining their wife ditched them darn! Any sensible woman would.

They hide money in their briefs 

Ridiculous right?! Well that's how far stinginess has gotten them. They'll be like "as long as that woman does not see any cash on me, am safe" seriously? Mr, Husband it's like you want to get starved o, do this with a typical Nigerian woman and she'll gladly cook for the whole family except YOU of course!
